Once you pass through customs and the baggage reclaim area, you will be welcomed by our competent drivers who will make sure and confortable your connection with your hotel in Rome. If you are taking a shuttle from Rome downtown to the airports or docks, you will be picked up at the lobby of your hotel in Rome about three hours before your departure (we will estimate the correct time based on your flight information).
